Micheal Jackson had to be the coolest person to walk the face of the earth in my eyes growing up as a kid in Indianapolis, In. His moves were out of this world, his music was a direct pipeline into the hearts of young and old. His songs had REAL content and meaning. Through his music he delivered a message. This message was about hope, love, pain, anguish, & resolution. He provided services that many people in his shoes wouldn't have thought twice to do. The fact is he was a air breathing angel. Forget what people's opinion of him may be, it doesn't matter. People will always have something to say. It's not up to what anyone thinks, at the end of the day your service speaks multitudes above and beyond what any word that can be laid on you. Not only did MJ touch us here in the U.S. I'm sure if there is any life form outside of the Milkyway there were flying around in their space cars listening to Beat It, I'm Bad, & Human Nature just to name a few. I'm sure that the Angels in Heaven are over joyed that Micheal has come back to grace them with some additional smash hits. When he physically left earth I'm sure that there were lines all round the heavens with every last soul trying to get a chance to meet Micheal Joseph Jackson. I know Ryan White and Micheal are catching up. I believe that GOD has prepared such a great homecoming celebration for MJ.
Maybe, just maybe we will wake up as the world's community. Maybe will stop with the judgment & condemnation against one another. Maybe we wont let these petty humans continue to divide us with small mindedness. If we don't or if we do please believe me that Michael Jackson gave it his all to ignite your hearts and souls to do so. I don't think he missed not one individual on this earth with his message.
Micheal you'll never be gone. Even if my hearing goes, your music will still be in my heart. Thank you for you. Peace & Love... Rest In Peace & Live Forever..

Very well & tastefully written. Michael Jackson was truly the greatest musician that has ever lived. As you said, each and every one of his songs contains a message. Every single one. What's more amazing to me however is that as you listen to his songs it takes you back to a specific place. Whether is was listening at home as a child, your first kiss, first dance.ect. Music that transcends time. I can only hope and pray that in my lifetime, music will once again return to being an expression of life. What I dont think the younger generation understands is that if it weren't for MJ there would be none of "us" on MTV, no 106 & Park, and I doubt BET would have ever even existed. No other entertainer in our history has broken more barriers in the industry other than MJ. He kicked down walls for African Americans across the board. He led by example with his humility, humanity, and taught us all how to be humble & give back even in the eye of greatness. and for that we should all be eternally grateful. It saddens me that he is gone so young, but I have solice in knowing that God has yet another plan for him in heaven. Rest in Peace MJ! You will never be forgotten.
