Resistance

re·sist·ance
[ri-zis-tuhns]

–noun
1.
the act or power of resisting, opposing, or withstanding.

As of late I've seen, heard, or been involved in conversations where people complain about their current situations. The complaints have inspired me to take a look at my life. Through all of my ups and downs I have no regrets nor any complaints. I know that may sound cheesy but it is what it is.

Understand that resistance is needed in order for a muscle to grow strong. Without resistance life and it's components would be extremely transparent and dull. I look at all of the obstacles that I've overcome, dealt with, or just put behind me and I feel good about where I'm at. Of course I want to be a lot further but that desire keeps my engine burning.

No matter how far we go or the goals we obtain resistance is always going to be a factor in life. Resistance will show up in your social life, finances, and health. Complaining isn't going to keep it away. As a matter of fact complaining will make resistance comfortable. Which is pretty obvious in the lives of those who complain all the time. Complainer's are rarely happy or satisfied.
Make a conscious decision that you will make the absolute best out of each situation. You'll live a much richer life.

Accept, Adapt, and Overcome your Life's Resistance!
